FutsalIndex terms of use
Terms for the FutsalIndex website, account services and assistant connections.
About the service
FutsalIndex is operated by The Salty Pistachio LTD, registered in England and Wales, company 10788917. Contact hello@futsalindex.com. These terms cover the website and its MCP and application interfaces. The service is in open beta, with partial coverage and features that may change.
Accounts and authority
Account holders and representatives must be adults and provide accurate information. Keep sign-in links, sessions and connected-app credentials private. Only claim a role or submit a change you are authorised to make. OAuth consent grants the selected technical scopes; it does not grant club ownership or organiser authority. Approved organiser workspace access may cover several events in that workspace.
Contributions and acceptable use
Submit accurate information and keep its source or evidence where available. You must have permission to submit the text, results or other material you provide. You allow FutsalIndex to store, display and process submitted material as needed to provide the requested service, attribute contributions, maintain results and handle corrections. Do not submit children’s personal contact information, unlawful material, spam, impersonation, private credentials or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or use it to obtain private information about other users.
Assistant connections and approval
When you connect an assistant, review its permissions and the exact proposed change, recipient or message before approving a write. The assistant provider operates its own service under its own terms and privacy notice. Only explicitly supplied inputs and authorised tool results pass through the connection; FutsalIndex does not monitor unrelated assistant conversations. You can revoke a connection from your account. Revocation does not undo completed contributions or messages.
Public information and rankings
Club and team records describe organisations and competitive squads, not player rosters. Source coverage varies by country, age group and season. Self-reported or provisional entries are labelled where supplied. Ratings are estimates calculated from accepted records under published rules; neither rankings nor listings guarantee team strength, event quality or safety. Corrections follow the contribution and review process; users cannot set rating points directly. Check important arrangements with the relevant organiser or club.
Events, registration and payments
The named organiser runs the physical event and sells its entry. Read the separate event responsibility terms at /terms/events and registration/payment terms at /terms/payments, together with the organiser’s entry rules. FutsalIndex provides platform tools and, where offered, facilitates payment through Stripe. The MCP tools do not themselves take payment or execute financial transactions. Any paid website service must show its applicable price and conditions before commitment.
Availability, misuse and changes
We may correct records, update the service or restrict accounts, connections or content where reasonably needed for security, misuse, legal compliance or reliable operation. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular outcome, ranking or publication placement. Existing accepted event/payment terms and mandatory rights are not silently replaced by a website update. The date on this page identifies this version of the general terms.
Your rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Any responsibility for FutsalIndex’s own services is assessed under applicable law. Contact hello@futsalindex.com about a complaint. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights and local courts available to a consumer. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information and requests concerning it.
