AI connections
Include the assistant you are using, the tool or task, the time of the problem and any non-sensitive error message. Never send passwords, sign-in links, OAuth tokens, payment credentials or children’s personal information. You can disconnect an assistant and export your integration records from Account → AI connections. Disconnecting stops future private access; it does not undo published changes or delete information already sent to your assistant provider.
Account access and corrections
Use the website’s email sign-in to access your account. A representative claim must be independently approved before you can manage a club or another organiser’s event. For a correction, identify the affected club, team, match or event and provide a public source where possible. Signed-in users can also use Request an improvement.
Events and payments
Contact the named event organiser for event delivery, venue safety, safeguarding, registration, cancellation or refund questions. The organiser’s contact and entry rules appear on the event or registration page. Contact FutsalIndex about problems with the platform itself. For an emergency, contact the venue’s emergency team or emergency services.
Security and privacy reports
Email hello@futsalindex.com with the subject Security report or Privacy request. Describe the issue without exploiting it, accessing other people’s records or including live credentials. We may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing or changing private account information.
