The social posts move on. Your event’s results, participating teams and confirmed honours keep a home on FutsalIndex.

Final results from your published event are recorded and linked to each participating team. People discovering a team later can find the competitions it played in — and find your tournament through them.

Confirmed podium finishes earn a place in team and club trophy cabinets, with a badge and a link back to your event. Each edition adds to a record people can return to, season after season.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Planning your first event?

Is it free to create an account and organise an event?

Yes. Your FutsalIndex account and event management tools are free. There is no subscription, event creation fee or paid team-count tier. Fixtures, public event pages, live results, Event TV and confirmed team honours are included. If you choose to collect entry payments through FutsalIndex, the platform fee is 2.5% of each payment, including applicable VAT; Stripe processing costs are separate. There is no FutsalIndex payment fee when you arrange payment directly with clubs.

How do I organise a futsal tournament on FutsalIndex?

Create an account, add your event details and build your competition in the organiser workspace. Add divisions and teams, choose your format, set courts and playing times, then review and publish your fixtures. Your public event page brings registration, fixtures, standings and results together.

Can I use it for a league or a friendly?

Yes. You can organise tournaments, cups, leagues and friendly games. Use round-robin groups, knockout rounds or custom progression paths to suit your event. Friendly games can also fit around a tournament schedule. Set the dates, format and availability for your own competition.

Can clubs register or book a place through my event page?

Yes. Publish your event details and share the link with clubs. Depending on your entry settings, clubs can register their interest or submit an entry. You manage places, confirmations and any entry requirements. Payment collection is optional and requires the organiser’s connected payment account.

Can AI help me change the schedule if games are delayed?

Yes. Ask the event assistant to move remaining games, add five or ten minutes between matches, or explore a different match order. It proposes changes for you to review and confirm, with checks against court availability, team clashes and the recovery rules you have set. AI assistance requires an active Futsal Index AI connection.

How do people follow the live results?

Share your tournament’s public page so clubs, players and supporters can follow fixtures, live scores, group standings and knockout rounds. Games being scored live can also appear in FutsalIndex homepage coverage. Event TV gives your venue a dedicated screen for standings, scores, upcoming games and court assignments.

What happens to the results after the tournament?

Final results from a published event are recorded on FutsalIndex and linked to the participating teams. Eligible games contribute under the existing ranking rules. Confirmed podium finishes appear in team and club trophy cabinets with a link back to the tournament, so its results remain discoverable after the event.
