FutsalIndex is not the organizer and does not operate the physical event. The named organizer runs this event and is responsible for its delivery, safety, safeguarding, insurance, cancellations and refunds. FutsalIndex provides listing, planning and registration tools and, where offered, facilitates entry payments through Stripe to the organizer. We do not run, supervise or insure the event, guarantee that it will take place, or guarantee that the organizer will pay a refund or that it will arrive by a particular time.

Event injuries, safeguarding concerns, loss or theft of belongings, changes and refund requests should be raised with the organizer. Clubs, players, parents and guardians should check arrangements before committing or travelling.

This notice does not transfer the organizer’s event duties to FutsalIndex or acknowledge that FutsalIndex owes any particular event-related duty. Mandatory legal rights remain protected; see the legal limits in our event terms.
