Circular 223 (8 October 2026) establishes one Sub-11 district futsal league, I Fase, eight series. Current official rules page 46 maps Sub-11 to birth years 2016/2017 (U11/U10). Sex eligibility is unclassified, not presumed boys or mixed. This bounded import covers the 12 Series 1 plantillas and first two rounds only; remaining seven series and later rounds await review. Pools do not establish tiers; no division bonus. Fixtures are future, unscored and unrated.
